Main duties format in SCHEDULE 3 - FSW

Hi Friends,

I have fillied the SCHEDULE 3 form and in Main duties field i have less space to write so i have used a seprate sheet to provide details of main duties of all jobs,
in the form i have written 1-2 lines of the main duties of the job and "See attached sheet SECTION A" and so on.

Is it the correct way?
