The main applicant landed in Canada. But after that he has been living outside of Canada for his JOB.But his two children who are over 21 years old are studying and living in Canada.Very soon they(children) will complete their 3 years in Canada and will be eligible to apply for Citizenship. My concern is the Main applicant is away and has lived here only 7/8 month i past three years. But children completed 3 years living and fulfilled basic requirement.

So Are the children allowed to apply for citizenship ? Or their citizenship depends on the main applicant stay?

The children can apply for citizenship without the principal applicant.
