To anyone dealing with the Embassy in Makati

We must send some paperwork and my partners passport to the Embassy.

The letter has 2 addresses on it and we're not sure which one to use

First is ....
Visa Section, Level 6, Tower 2, RCBC Plaza
6819 Ayala Avenue
Makati City, 1200
Philippines

Second is....
PO Box 2168
Makati Central Post Office
Makati City 1200
Philippines

Also what should we write on the envelope?
Any additional info such as sponsors name or UCI number or Huh?

Thanks!

Probably depends on how you're sending it.  Couriers won't deliver to a P.O. Box.

Definitely include the UCI number, full names and DOB of sponsor and applicant.

Post this on the Manila thread, they might more easily help you with the answer.
