Mailing address on Sponsorship application

I understand that once a sponsor has been approved as eligible to sponsor a parent, forms are sent to the parent to complete and apply for PR, just wondering to what Canadian Embassy would the forms be sent to? The country of residence of the parent in which they have legal residency permits or the original country of birth ( passport / citizenship)

Each case is different. You may always check this info on CIC website, or by calling CIC 1-888-242-2100, or sending them an email/fax. I assume that in your case the docs will be send to the country/address which you have mentioned as your parents' address in your application forms.
