Dears,
What is the reason that the mailing address desappears from the E-cas..and after some days it again shows the mailing Address.

technically, it's a glitch. It is not supposed to happen in a well written computer program, supported by adequate hardware. If you were the programmer/systems analyst, you would not like this to happen because it casts doubt on the integrity of the information/output.
