hello all
when applicant use representetive can he/she use representetive mailing address?
representetive is living in canada and applicant won't be worry about missing mail.
can they do that?

Yes, definitely. That is what I did. I used a representative based in Ontario, I live here in USA, my application was being processed right now in the Philippines.
