I think they have send you the generic answer without checking your application status. You should send a mail to LVO telling them my status on web is "we start processing your application on ...........date" so who it could be in a que for review after this status. I am loosing hope. I cant make any sense the way LVO work. I got my second line and now they are saying I am in aque. What does it mean?

I find myself very lucky that I received my MR. I can only attribute this to having the AEO in support of my application. If it was just one or two other people on the FSW1 who weren't getting their MR I find your case strange but at the moment it just looks like MI3 is at a stand still. From the recent announcement of them having to tackle the back log it looks more and more likely that they are using the FIFO system so unless things start moving soon for MI3 they could be the last ones to be looked at  |

I won't see it as being saved until I have landed in Toronto having a beer in the Loose Moose pub. Until then I am just watching this forum waiting for something to happen to try and get a better idea as to what the LVO is actually doing. So far I have checked Ecas around 8 times and I still don't have the 3rd line. Sure they only received my medical on monday 3pm but I want it there so I don't have to worry. I have also annoyed myself as I read from BarakObama that he got the 3rd line 5 days after they sent the meds. Now if I haven't got it by net Monday I am going to going mental again. |

Assuming I don't hit any snags on the way then it is possible that I could be. This would work out perfectly for me and my girl while I finalise all the loose ends in the UK. I also want to get a little bit of the summer as here in the UK all that summer means is that the rain is a little warmer. We have also had a hose pipe ban due to draught through the winter but the whole sumemr it has been pouring but the hose pipe ban still in place because it has been the wrong kind of rain. It only just got lifted due to flooding. |

I also have noted that he has made very few comments on peoples time lines recently. I think he knows more than what he is letting on about this "pause" in processing. |

At least we made it in the pile of applications rather that than not being able to apply until next year! I was planning on going in 2013 anyway! |

Can you please let me know what you think about the whole Scottish Independance vote which is going to happen at some point in the future?
I had a discussion last night with a couple who were from Fort William and the fella was all for Scottish Independance but the woman was in favour of staying in the UK. They were both so passionate about their decision and were completely against the third option of gaining more financial independance from the English.

Who doesn't want Independence. But question is 'Is it gonna be good for Scottish people? I spoke to a lot of people regarding this but Majority young people dont want it. They are willing to stay in as it is. But comparatively older want that by any means. personally I think Scotland is not economically that strong to be on its own. As other part (South) of UK dont want it. |
