Isn't this also possible to happen at the Ministers office?
They would be getting thousands of emails and someone must be deciding which ones are important to be forwarded to the Minister.

I agree with you here they probably get thousands of email everyday but still it is a shot in the dark you never know.

Dear Mr. President,

Refer to your suggestion in sending a complaint to Mr. Kenney, please take in your consideration that Mr. Kenney is already under presure rom the other group of Mi1 and Mi2 and also as i heard that most of applicants before 2008 issued some legal cases against Mr. Kenney because he's giving the periority to MI3.
So, what do you think, shall we all thanks god and thanks Mr. Kenney for this Blessing or shall we listen to the rumors and send complaints to Mr. Kenney?

I think as one of MI3, i suggest to say viva Mr. Kenney, go ahead and we will support you in future as future Canadians.

Buddy idea is not to criticize mr Kenney in any way it is just to bring LVO' s really  slow process of mi3 to his attention. Tell me one thing what priority of mi3 applications are you observing at LVO office lol the whole idea is to bring this really slow process of mi3 at LVO office compare to other visa office to his attention I don't see it as a fair play at all. And yes I think If bunch of us write to him it might get herd.

Chill out n relax
Lvo is dealing with many countries
They r no doubt very slow
We r stuck with lvo
But I assure u all
Before 12 months u all will get final decisions
We can't compare with ndvo or any other vo coz lvo is no doubt taking more time than anytime

Dear Mr President , no doubt LVO is late and many July 2011 applicants will not receive visas by July 2012, but we should analyse why LVO stopped working on MI3, i analysed from other forums that LVO is concentrating to convert most of MI1 and MI2 applicants status to IN PROCESS because if these applicants don't get the IN PROCESS status they will lose their applications due to MI5.I also analyse LVO will not issue MR this year to these MI1 AND MI2 applicants who got IN process status this year.
I also analyse that MI3 applicants whose status is IN PROCESS , their applications are already under background checks , in July when LVO will return to MI3 there will be rain of MR for MI3 applicants inshaAllah.

Just 40 in 4 months !!!! if its their real speed then we should not expect in July too.

40 is the figure of only one forum members who got the MR. The exact figure of all applicants who got MR from LVO in last 4 months is unknown.

We have a question - In the "check your application status" area at cic.gc.ca, there are 2 options - 1 >. application for PR - FSW submitted to CIO Sydney NS, and the other one - Application for PR outside Canada.

Our  UIN works on both and both gives the status "in process". But when you click details, both are very different.

I wanna know, which one is for us ?. Can anyone please help?

i believe that options - 1 >. application for PR - FSW submitted to CIO Sydney NS is where u check your application status..
can u also share that when u click the in process status, what different options does it provide you?

Dear MI3 applicants
We fall under a definate limit of applicants I.e 500 per noc
We are not like a junk of applications collected with out any restrictions
July applicant 2011 will definately get MR ,pprf etc before July( if there are non issues in back ground checks and proof of funds)

Advice, wait for 12 months, don't get desperate, I know it's difficult, we need to cheer up the forum and spread good news, rather than disappointments

It has been over 8 months since CIC received my application. But there is no sign of MR. I am getting fed up. Bu still Holding my faith that One day I will get my MR.

Hi momohj25, the same status shows for all LVO appllicants after receiving PER. No need to worry. Mine is the same even though I received mine in December.
