That is like telling me not to climb that tree :-(

I also need to relieve stress as I took my blood pressure last night and it is extremely high. So a fatty on the BMI and I have high blood pressure.

Thinking about giving some blood before I have my medical to release my blood pressure

I suggest drinking as much water as possible. Your medical is a few hours away, if I'm not mistaken. You need to destress and stay calm. High blood pressure needs to be taken seriously.

Can I ask, what would water do for blood pressure?

It would make your blood thinner hence reducing the pressure exerted by blood on the vessel walls  Cool

Water will also be good for the urine analysis  as it will dilute it (or something like that)

Good remedy for high blood pressure is morning walk , during morning walk you require energy but stomach is empty so body utilizes lipids and sugar in blood and in this way blood becomes thin and blood pressure decreases.

Not working in my case Mr E.

I walk to work 3-4 times a week and that is a 60 minute walk and I always have brekkie at the office so my stomach is empty. Despite this I still have sky high blood pressure :-(
