Hi everybody,

After about 20 days of agony as my ecas disappeared on 5th of June 2012, I am able to see my details on ecas while using my middle name as my last name. However, the positive aspect is that I found the second line added as 'We started processing your application on June 1, 2012'. After the case of Omee, fingers crossed, I am still consciously optimistic to get the medical and other related forms soon. I have filed my case myself and I believe it was a very well organized file.
I am from Pakistan and have lived a number of years in USA and UK so background check always was going to be a time consuming factor.
I would like an update from all those whose processing began on 1st of June 2012 and if any of those  have received anything particularly those residing in Pakistan.
My time line is
Application received to CIO: 12th October 2011
PER: 5th January 2012
Processing began: 1st June 2012
Visa Office: London
NOC: 4152 (Social worker)
Medical: Awaiting
Priorioty of landing mentioned on my application: Vancouvre BC

Thanks Mr. Engineer for updating me on the second line list. this forum made all the frustrating time to pass more quickly. I believe this is the best forum of all and everybody on this forum will immigarte to Canada virtually.

As it is Friday, today it's fish & chips day!!!!! Actually the chef is my hubby who is the main applicant but I follow the threads as I was the one who did the paperwork side of things and know more about the application process.... . I still can cook though...

Ok end of the day is nigh and all I have done is surfed this forum. Updated a few of the early apps on the spreadsheet with their 2nd line date.

Does give a pattern of giving some people the 2nd line update then a month later they start sending out the MRs. Whilst this only my opinion but I do think that if they follow the same trend there will be a fair few MR sent out end of June early July.

My experience is from the UK as I have been living and working here for some time now (enough is enough though  ).

Where did you get your experience from (UK or abroad)? Your timeline is really almost identical with mine... Let's hope for a medical request soon...

My experience is from abroad but my last qualification MA is from UK. ther received my app on 12th dec same as you and they send me PER on 14th feb but no other thing. I am living in Glasgow. Looking forward to see something good.
