yes brother, processing on MI3 and MI2 was slow down due to processing MI1, address appearance shows process return to MI3 and MI2 btw MI3  have no prefrence over MI2, both have same NOCs.

I just noticed a similar change in ecas. I agree with the suggestion that this doesnt refer to any progress made on the application, as the date stated in this changed message is my PER date.

Has anybody else seen a change in the ECAS status message?

Why would they randomly add our address to a message which has remained unhanged since the day we received our PERs from CIO?

The CIC are getting more and more obscure by the day.

Mr. Engineer,

I don't think my application falls under MI-2.

My application reached the CIO on 05/07/2011.

To the best of my understanding, MI-3 rules apply to all packages received after 30/06/2011.

I have sent the LVO a case specific enquiry about this update. Lets see what they have to say.

 I guess before starting processing
They have put our a dresses on the ecas
As they will send letters to these addresses
Before they proceed
They are giving us a chance to edit addresses if they have any mistakes
Timelines or time frames cannot be guarenteed
But I think
Within few days or week
Most of MI3 lvo applicants will
Go in to real processing
