Dear forum members, the letter which came with my medical request states that, "Please use the enclosed reply label when responding to this letter." My envelope did not have any reply label. What should I do now?? If I type and print the address myself, should I then write a covering letter to explain why I did not use the enclosed label?? Kindly guide.

Writing covering letter will not harm anybody you can write.

Hi I didn't have any labels in mine either, I just sent it back to the address stated in the letter and wrote the address.  Didn't enclose a cover letter and so far everything seems ok, just wish I had heard something by now!!  Smiley
