Happy to find london visa office applicant, my time line is , 21 dec 2011 sent file to cio , got per on 24 feb 2012, my ecas still in process.my noc is 7242

I want to ask u something personal if u dont mind plz,i noticed u applied under 7251, plumper , and ur name implies u r an engineer, i presume u r an mep engineer right,i have similar case i pllied under 7242 industrial electrician but i hold an engineering degree as well,and work as instrument technician, so wat u think our chances in matching job duties of cic noc job duties. Dear you got the PER , so no issues about it. there is no link required between job experience and education , if you submitted the job duties according to cic website (electrician )then dont worry.now its required keep touch your employer.

Mi3 applicants will suffer due to back log of mi2 and mi1 applicants, ndvo is quite swift regarding mi3 applicants, lvo on the other hand is snailing , seems like stopping every now n then

I selected my islamabad as my visa office, later I learned, that lvo is dealing with Pakistani applicants, I email cic, islamabad and lvo about this issue, got reply from lvo as under
Your file has been recieved and placed under file, no further action is required by u, we we
Will contact you if there is further info required or when we will proceed to the next stage, till then please keep correspondence to the minimum
Two week later recieved a similar reply from cic as under
You file has been forwarded to London visa office
All correspondence should be directed to lvo
This is how I know thatbmy file has been recieved at lvo
