Since were leaving next month bound to Winnipeg, is there any advantages in bringing LTO Certificate and No Claim Insurance in Manitoba or its just a waste of money and time?

Might help lower premiums when you get your car insurance

Not sure about Manitoba.  You can check with that province insurer.  In BC, home country's no claim vehicle insurance can give you discounted premium rates (up to 40%).
