Looking at the job bank, only the first 2 pages, I saw a range from $19 an hour to $40 an hour for RN's depending on experience.  Most ads said something like 22-32 per hour depending on experience so I would guess that the average is between there, around 27 or so.

LPN, range is 18 to 30.  Common is 22 to 28 so average probably around 25.  Depends on the area too though.  I noticed that many of the ads in AB said $22.7 to $29.72 which could be a union rate for some of the health institutions there.
