hello Leon and BC guy,

Im a bit confused as to what are the jobs listed under skilled and non- skilled. Is being an Industrial Painter skilled? I know this sound a bit st*#&d, i just want to hear it from you. thanks.

Read the NOC Chart,If its listed under O,A or B Its skilled,If its C,D its Low skilled.

The NOC code is 4 digits.  If the first digit is 0, then it's a management position and considered skilled.  If the first digit is not 0 but the 2nd digit is 1, 2 or 3, it's a skill level A or B job.
