low skilled TFW path to permanent residency question

i've been working in canada for almost 3years now under the low skilled pilot project, just receive a confirmation from our employer that our status would be upgraded to supervisory position.

my question is : under our new status when are we allowed to apply for our permanent residency? can we apply immediately after getting upgraded? or there is a certain timeframe/ length of year(s) under our new status till we are eligible to apply?
