low skilled pilot project

it seems that my present occupation- livestock worker, is not listed within the BC entry level and semi-skilled occupation on the PNP list. but my employer is open and willing to sponsor me and my co-workers to stay here in BC, Canada. will the immigration authorities recognize this effort? thanks.
