My sister sent her husband sponsorship application to CPC, Mississauga in mid of june. As She didn't get any response she started to inquire in first week of august. First time when she called, they told that her application has some error, so they have send application on 29th of july. she waited for 4 more weeks, then she started calling again. They told her to wait for 2 more weeks. she didn't get any reply. then she again called them, they told they resend her application on 22nd august and wait for 2 weeks. Again nothing. she called again they said wait for 1 more week. Same nothing came. Now they r telling her to wait till 6th oct or reapply. If u guys have any idea what to do. Plz help me.
Thanks in advance!!!!!!!!

> so they have send application on 29th of july

Do you mean they say they sent it back to you?

Sounds like they lost it.  And it may have had some errors, also.  They're just stalling you with their BS wait times, in my opinion.

If you have a copy of what you sent, go through it, make sure it's accurate, and re-send it.

And keep a copy and send it by traceable mail this time.  Many people have had materials lost, even hundreds of pages.  You must use registered mail for anything more than a mere letter or something small and easily replaceable.

Yes, they send it back on 29th july as there was some error in the application. she never received that mail. they told her they resend it on August 22nd.She didn't received that mail also.

Immigration people don't send registered letters, though when she applied she send traceable mail.

She has photocopies of marriage certificate and her husband's police clearance. We r not sure whether they will accept photocopies.
