Lost in my situation....Plzzz advice

I am bit confused with my situation...seniors plzz help

I received an email from immigration as a followup to my email. In the email they mentioned that they sent a mail to me in july to submit PCC, FBI clearance, medicals and bank funds. what does this mean? am I almost done with the PR process??
one more thing, I changed my address in july and also changed the address in USPS but I never received that july mail from Immigration. Now, can I change my address in my PR form and request another letter from them?

Did you have a forwarding address from old place? If yes check there.
on Ecas what is the address?

Send them a query and explain the situation.. Otherwise they may cancel the processing owing to 'no response'

yes, I forwarded my address to new one....I also checked with old address, its not there. I think its lost somewhere.
Can I now send an email to change my address and request a new letter?
