Can anyone please tell mecabout the maintainance of Canadian Citizenship.
"I have got my citizenship of Canada in 2001, and then i visited Canada back and forth, last time i have visited Canada was in 2007. I have heared that i have to stay in Canada for atleast one year in every five years, to maintain my citizenship."

You don't have to do anything to maintain your citizenship.  It is only if you are a PR that you must stay 2 years out of every 5 to keep your PR status.
