Dear Friends,
         This forum has been wonderful for me to solve my problems. I check this forum when I face the problems. However, this time, my problem is bit different and looking for your feedback.

Finally, I got the visa and plan to move Toronto with my family (wife and two kids, 3 years and 6 month old) on April 23 for the short visit to survey, and we will permanently move there after 6 or 10 months.

This time,  we will stay in Toronto from April 23 to May 6 (13 nights) and looking for a well-furnished furnished apartment for family either on lease or rent with affordable price in convenient location.
 Does anyone have any idea how to look for such appartment from abroad? I currently live in Japan.

Thanks in advance and awaiting for your feedback/suggestion.

According to my knowledge getting a furnished apartment (Condo) on rent is difficult for the new comers unless they have a job because the landlord has to make a contract and should get guarantee that the tennant will be able to pay the rent accordingly. However there could be chances for getting apartments in Toronto for those not yet settled. There are several websites about accommodation in Ontario which you can google and find. Here is one among it:
