Hi Guys,

I just don't know what's happening with my application, I have applied from Dubai, got my first AOR and then the second AOR that my app is now sent to London office but nothing then, here is what my eCAS says:

"We received your application for permanent residence on November 16, 2009.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on January 21, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.
We transferred your application to the London England office on January 27, 2010. The London England office may contact you."

Anyone on similar time line has any comment?

Seniors - What do you think what's happening, when should I expect a response on next stage from London office?

Please advise,

so just waiting after that.

Singh - At least it shows "In Progress" in your case. In my case it shows on eCAS "Received by VISA Office" !

I am not sure what is the difference between these two status?

RBVO  means they have not yet opened ur file.
In Processs means they have opened the file and calvulated the points, checked the eligibility at visa office. So much delay after in processs means some background checks are going on. If they find everything satisfactory, then next step would be mediocals or interview, otherwise rejection.
There r 20 % chances of rejection even after ''IN PROCESS''.

We transferred your application to the Islamabad office on January 28, 2010. The Islamabad office may contact you.
