Hi There,

I'm an employer currently hiring in Canada, and I am using an agency to recruit out of the Philippines. The last batch that I had hired took nine months for the agency to complete start to finish. So when I was applying for this batch I made the assumption.

However, it appears that my judgement is wrong and their visas will be approved in Mid-December. Is there any issue with delaying their flight until Mid-February as we have no available labor dollars in December or January?

No, it shouldn't be a problem.  The workers need to travel before their visa expires but if they are only being issued in December, there should be plenty of time on them.
