long process time in Canada emabssy in London

Hi every body,

I applied for study permit 8 weeks ago in London high commission and until now I do not receive any thin from them. I tried to contact them by fax and e-mail but unfortunately again no response. Could you please tell me what should I do and how I can become aware of the status of my application.
