qorax man you are wrong.

when you are sending email for the first time to chc london their email address is

london-im-enquiry   @   international.gc.ca

but when you get a reply from them you get their address as

re-london-im-enquiry   @   international.gc.ca

Dear Brothers, Sisters, Philosophers, Guides, Mentors, Peers & Friends,

Whether the 1st time, or subsequent times, or the last time, I always used the following email ID to communicate with CHC-London: re-london-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca

And every time I did get their reply, again thru the same ID. I might be wrong, but that's the only ID I knew to communicate with my VO... & succeeded too, probably a 50-60 email strong. I always typed "re" before London... I might have been plain lucky though! Sometimes Ignorance could be Bliss, isn't it?

Qorax, re-london-im-enquiry   @   international.gc.ca is only for replying emails and  london-im-enquiry   @   international.gc.ca is the one to use for 1st time communication!!

Sir,

I think YES... from Mr. Anoop Supehia, Branch Manager, *****-Dubai. They were scared to write & gave me the ID instead to communicate with my VO.

For everyone's info, both email addresses whether it is re-london-im-enquiry  @  international.gc.ca or london-im-enquiry  @  international.gc.ca are correct and will take you to the right CHC.

You may be able to avoid unnecessary delays by:

    * notifying the visa office of any changes to personal information on your application, such as your address, phone and fax numbers or a change in the makeup of your family

    * avoiding repeated inquiries to the visa office.

Your application will be delayed if:

    * there are criminal or security problems related to your application, or additional background checks are needed, or
    * your family situation is not clear — reasons could include a divorce or an adoption that is not yet complete or child custody issues that have not been resolved, or
    * the office processing your application has to consult with other CIC offices in Canada or abroad.
