Hi,

Sorry to read that your issue is still ongoing. This is so unnecessary and on fair to you. That said, have you shown this email to your DMP; what did they say? This should be enough for them to redo your spouse's medical exams. If the DMP refuses, then you need to notify you VO of this and request for a new medical form so your spouse can have this done with another DMP. You need to be persistent and clear about your demand. It is quite obvious now that both your DMP and the VO appear to be quite latent in their handling of your case. Keep sending emails, fax on a regular basis until you get the desired response. It can be done; keep pushing.

All the best

Hi 9jcanada and Louth,

yes we already shown this email to our DMP, still he doesn't want to cooperate and keep insisting that a "Letter addressed directly to him" from the VO is what he needs to act on our case....he is so.....stubborn!

with our VO....we sent them message asking for the request letter the DMP wants, oh my...no response still....the last time I sent them email, they just added mailing address on our ecas...no other development...out problem is still a problem!

we tried to inform our consultant that we are thinking of re-taking medical this is his response to us...

HI xxx,

You may ask your DMP about it.

Please consider these:

1.       This is  not  our fault nor the embassy. This  problem occurred due to the negligence of DMP.
2.       Your DMP should communicate directly to the embassy.
3.       Your DMP should acknowledge the incident to the embassy and  take action on the situation.
4.       Ask another medical results with or without request from the embassy. Send the results directly to embassy manila. Let them realize their mistakes.
5.       Let  them  realize about what went wrong. Stop finger pointing.  This is their responsibility  to assure the results delivered safely  to the embassy.
6.       Ask them the proof to their claim that your medical results was lost somewhere else.

Or other way around...

1.       We can ask the embassy for another medical request and send them the another set of requirements  like Pictures... (Your representative  can't initiate the request)
2.       We can send another letter to the embassy... Send us your letter of request we will forward it to the embassy as your representative.
3.       You may send your request direct to the embassy as applicant.   We do also as your representative.
4.       Be passive... We already informed them about  it. Let's wait for their action.
5.       Embassy just waiting for your medical results to be arrived on time. To tell you honestly this is not their problem. Why we should bother them?

Thanks

xxx

We already sent message to the embassy that in case, we would be needing a re-medical, we are willing to undergo and  would be asking another medical form from them....still no response!

This problem causes us sleepless nights and more worries.......

I honestly feel sorry for your family. The only person that can really help you  in this situation is your "stubborn "DMP.In the worst case scenario, can you afford to get a solicitor to deal with your DMP?Your DMP is a care giver and ethically bound to be responsible and sympathetic!
Hold on to your hat of faith and keep talking to the DMP and VO at the same time.I also suggest  within reason that you agent write to both the DMP and VO again.eventually either of them will respond.
When did your family compelete the medical examinations???

I will suggest that you get your passport renewed or obtain a new one ASAP .i guess(not sure)chc require minimum of 6 month validity on your passport. You will have between ??45-60days to submit your passport once ppr.

Louth.

We completed our medical on Feb. 13,2012.
The DMP won't recognise any request letter from our agent aside the embassy alone.
While the embassy wants communication directly between the applicant and them, no representative will be entertained.

We already wrote different request letters to the embassy, and our agent did the follow-up...its been more than a month no response whatsoever...very frustrating so we're thinking of acting on our own and will see if it will be granted....at least we are trying some options than sitting here waiting for uncertainty....May God help us  Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry

New powers allowing the Citizenship and Immigration Minister to reject an applicant to Canada who has already been deemed admissible by immigration officers, set limits on what types of immigrants can have their applications processed each year, and require that ineligible persons applying for residence on humanitarian grounds to already be in Canada when they apply.

Not sure if there is any connection but generally your ppr should come through within weeks .

You might be better of using the webform on the high commission website.

Dear 9j and seniors,

I need an urgent advice. My address on the ecase disappeared long back and it came back today. But before, my agent's address was shown as my mailing address on top, but today it has changed to my present home address. I know once the application is approved, they show the Canada address but since now my own home address is showing, do you feel there is something to worry about??? Really tensed, can't even breath now Sad Sad Sad Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked If you could let me have your thoughts please, many tx

I wouldn't worry a bit about it as ecas can be erratic. If anything, address reappearance after a while might indicate some movement on your file. At what stage are you at the moment; PPR or waiting for visa?
