My passport is not a machine readable passport. can I submit this to LVO? If they accept manual passport I can submit my passport tomorrow. please suggest me.

Hi Donx,
I was looking for someone with a similar timeline to mine. Well, my medicals were received at LVO on 16/03/12. I was a bit worried about not hearing from them and shot them a CSE two days ago. Got the following reply today:
All required items have been received and we must now complete routine background checks. These are likely to take approximately 4 - 5 months.
MCH

I am just wondering whether they mean 4-5 months from now, or from when the medicals were received.
Did you get a similar reply for your enquiry??

I did my Meds from IOM karachi on 17th Dec-2011, and my "Medicals Received" line was added into my eCas exactly after two months; on 17th Feb 2012.. Seniors can give much better information.. |

Finally we received our stamped pps yesterday, ago via aramex.
Thanks all for support and encouragement.
My visa, COPR & courier details r:
1.Visa issue date 21/05/2012.
2.pps received at AbuDhabi embassy on 27/05/2012.
3.Dispatched from abudhabi on 30/05/2012.
4.Received on 31/05/2012.
5.Received two sets of COPR for each family member...one CIC copy and the other client copy.
Wishing good luck to all those waiting for visa and to those expecting to land soon.
