Ok. Its really strange and mysterious the way LVO operate. We do not require a temporary visitor visa to go to Canada based on our passport type,yet LVO requested the actual passport. 9ja do you live in Dublin?
Same here. We are holders of Irish passports, yet our passports were still requested. I guess they want to do a spot examination to be sure that it matches the information they have on their system and to correlate with the information to be put on the COPR. We used to live in Dublin until a few years ago; we've moved a couple of counties inland  9j |

Has Your Ecas changed to DM before you submit the PPs, Congratulation to you and your family.
I have sumitted all the passports to LVO on March 4th with no update yet. even the ecase still shows in process, is this normal, please advise. I am really worried.
The ecas status changed to DM today. We are yet to send our passports as we've only got PPR 2 days ago and we are still waiting for my son's renewed passport to arrive. It is obvious that ecas update has been somehow erratic of late. For example, we never had 'medical results received' lines on our status. It went straight from IP to DM. Even now when you click on our DM it still has the same details as it was when it was in process. Quite frankly, I won't worry any longer about ecas from here on. We wouldn't have gotten the PPR if a positive decision had not been made on our cases and that is all that matters. You can relax and be safe assured that your passports with the visas and COPRs are on their way to you. 9j |

The decision to cancel the old applicant is really a very unfair and selfish one on the part of Jason Kennedy. He has chose to play politics at the expense of many people's lives expectations and years of patiently waiting and hoping. I can understand why people will be nervous seeing what is now happening to the pre June applicants. It is indeed a dangerous precedence. I pray your PPR comes through soon and wish you speedy processing with your child's passport. All the best. 9j |

I have sent the photocopies of our passports a couple of days back, so sending the actual passports and receiving the passports back with visa stamped, is still some way to go; however, i just wanted to let you know the change in status.

your ecas showing DECISION MADE . Congrats dear .......i have same situation like you that when i send the require doucoments of step 1 after 23 days my ecas showing decision made and then after 8 days i receive a call from chc isb to submit passports of me and my family . |
