I'll advice you send the RPRF separately from your medicals. Your DMP is expected to send your medical report, you are not suppose to be in possession of the reports anyway, so it would make sense that you send the check separately. See here for details on how to make payment for London VO http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/united_kingdom-royaume_uni/visas/fees-frais.aspx?view=d

The address for payment is same as on the introduction letter sent with you Medical request.

Can you please put your timeline for your Medicals and the date received by London here once you have them so we care track the progress.

It shouldn't be a problem in that case. Try and write a cover letter along with the cheque indicating your UCI/file number so you don't run the risk of the cheque getting misplaced.

dont cofuse yrself its ok.
the result of medicals must be dispatched from DMP,as they can not disclose the medical result infront of you.regarding your bank draft, again you have to send to same adress,so no sense of being confused.the only thing is to keep the record of bank draft with you.in rare case if that is misplaced you will not loose the money.
regards

Hi zhkjoy,

Are you a London VO applicant? Can you state the date you did your Medicals? When did your medical results reach London VO. I need that to update the tracker.
