Medical received at london date can be determined through courier tracking. MI1:- The first set of Ministerial Instructions (MI1), were announced as part of CIC's Action Plan for Faster Immigration on November 28, 2008, MI2:- MI2 was second set of ministerial instructions issued on June 26, 2010 and introduced a number of changes to the processing of FSW applications, including a revised list of eligible occupations (29 instead of 38); an annual cap of 20,000 on the total number of new applications to be considered for processing in the FSW class per year, with no more than 1,000 applications in any one of the 29 occupations. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/mi/index.aspSo I guess we are MI1 applicants.. thanks for the info.  |

Folks, I got an urgent query, I withdraw 4.5lac out of my account so the balance remaining not meeting CIC requirement now, medicals have been submited and right now CIC running Background checks, can CIC contact my bank to see my current balance as it is worrying me. What should i do now? any comments |

I have a personal opinion about this that if CIC came in doubt about anyone will request directly from the applicant to submit a fresh POF in case of bank statement etc. I think banks normally do not disclose such confidential information to anyone. In my opinion it is better if you maintain funds otherwise small amount should not be a problem. thanks |

1. After meds u've a rare chance of being asked for ur POF again. 2. If asked, u must have ur complete funds in ur a/cs, else u could face trouble. |

As per my understanding bank only verify the account Is running and balance on the provided statement not current....It is confirmed from barclays bank uk and hbl bank pk.... |
