It means the same status for me too, as we both got the same timelines. How do you see the background checks finished - how much time it could take?
My medicals are not yet reviewed but BG checks started, that means they start checks after sending medicals itself ? what do you think ? |

They asked me to submit Updated Schedule A. My medical is also not reviewed yet. No idea about BC. |

Well, I was told by VO that my medicals have been reviewed but waiting for my PC's to come for review, as VO recieved my PC's after Medicals and the gap b/w is 2 weeks. I have resent query to VO, and will let you know asa get reply, that I am expecting in this week. You mean to say that BG checks starts after the Medicals have been dispatched by VO? Please correct me if not correctly percieved.. |

Good morning all,
A new fresh week is upon us and filling us with new optimism and hope!
Hopefully we all can get some movement on our varying stages, today is the date my Medicals and RPRF had to be submitted by, Medical Results and Fees have been with the Visa Office now for over a month awaiting this date which I am told is the trigger to review the file again?

Folks http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm/skilled-fed.aspVisit and see the time changes to 29 processing months. Canada1234, How is that going to effect us i.e. M1 Applicants? disgusting  |

I think it'd not effect us because we are in final stage. The background checks at this stage depends on individual case. Once we receive PPR-1 then within one and a half month we'll receive Visa [Insha Allah]. |

agshaheryar, I think everyone is anxiously waiting for a change in the sheet!! I am thinking of declaring my hobbies as Checking the ECAS system multiple times daily, checking the Forum copious times daily and responding to posts. Just seeing someone's status moving gives you a buzz that you too could get some positive news, but alas the days keep ticking by. As they say all good things come to those that wait.....and whilst your waiting you have a chance of receiving something good!! Good luck for tomorrow, a fresh day brings fresh hope!! Finally caught the forum.. Canada1234.. I am chasing you on this forum and I think in Canada too..
Well.. my timelines are just same as mentioned in the previous forum. Got staus in process on Jan 27, 2012 and got medical request by Feb 2012, with updated documents and Fees. Submitted the fees with updated documents of the new born alongwith the medical were sent by Apr 2012. When should I expect my new born's med and change in the ecase
