Hi Sho78, You dont need to include any return airway bill. Just send your documents via courier preferably Aramex. It is already mentioned in the CIC PPR mail/letter, that because of the postal situation in the GCC countries they will be sending the passports via courier. If you are in a country where the VO would be sending it via registered post, they you can put in a return airway bill to speed up the process. Hope this helps. When did you send your RPRF? How long did it take between sending and it being encashed?
I sent mine in mid April and its been a month now but has not been encashed. What do you think?

Those whose medicals done in March, I suggest send a CSE asking about the PPR, I did the same and in reply they sent me PPR, so just try.
