Hi Everyone,

I applied to the London office under Quebec Selected workers. My status says decision made but they still havent asked for my passport. My timeline is below:

We received your application for permanent residence on July 21, 20 11.

We started processing your application on September 19, 2011.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

But that was nearly a month ago now and i still havent received anything in the post and i live in England so the post does not take a longtime. Is anyone in the same situation? Do you think i should contact the office, incase the letter has been lost in post? Or just keep waiting...

Any help much appreciated!

Thanks,

Carolyn

After meds  ... Its good news. Mine went to DM after 5days of PPR.

They gave me 30 days to submit Passports ....

Send case specific inquiry immediately ... might have missed mail/email.

Thank you very much. You were right - emailed the London office yesterday asking them about this and this morning I received an email requesting my passports within 30 days! Great news and i did not expect a response so quickly, but unfortunately I am booked to travel over the Christmas period and can not make the 30 days time limit. Does anyone know what happens when if you go over the 30 days limit? Do you know if its possible to ask for an extension?

Many thanks,

Hi
@       sandy ... Read guide, and Check List too.
Include Bank statement of past 6 month at least. Some visa offices accept land as POF too.

Ours was Bank Statement of Past 6 months.

 @       ctspeight ... Welcome .. And Congrats !
Get in touch with Visa Office immediately .. Explain in detail. And follow as advised.
