I heard from few people that its the standard reply except the last line that the file is with the visa officer.
i want to know your views..wt do u say? also let me know about ur situation if u get any updates...

Good morning!
My story is same like yours. My application was submitted on 7th of Feb and in March my status was changed to RBVO.
Since then my status is same. RBVO. I am basically and indian and live in UK since 4 years.
