London visa office specific forms.

Have any rules changed regards to Federal Skilled Category.I dont find the visa office specific form for FSW. The forms available are only for quebec and provincial nominees.\
Can anyone please guide?

Yes, the change came into effect from July 18th 2011 - there is only a document checklist and no longer a VO specific list as seen earlier for FSW applications.
