London Visa Office - please help

London Visa office received my spousal application for permanent residence on May 12th. Since that date, nothing has been updated on ecas. It just says application has been received. Do you think this is normal or taking too long?

Normal.  From what I see, March applicants are receiving visas from London now.  You only have a little while longer.

Hi, my ecas only ever showed 'application received' until the day I recieved my visa back in my passport.  Then it was updated to 'decision made'.

At present London is famous for either, not updating eCAS or updating it really late.
It would be better if updates were added as soon as events happened, but as you know by now, London doesn't work that way.

Mine also got to London on May 12. I hate this waiting, but I find it exciting to come home every day and wait to hear the update from my husband. I would freak out at work, and not be working the rest of the day if I found out there. I hope they are at least looking at ours now. I read someone who's package got to London May 4 already got their approval. So let us sit on the fence, and hope that this week we hear something. Or pretty darn soon.
