London or Islamabad

Dear experts I am planning to lodge new application as my current application is still with CIO waiting for eligibility review. I applied at CHC Islamabad in May 2008 and later they sent my application to CIO Sydney in MArch 09 for review but so for nothing happened. (online status Application received)
I am residing in Saudi Arabia and would like to know if its better to apply through CHC London office or CHC Islamabad?.

Cannot affirmatively say which one is "better" and/or quicker.
If you had asked the same question around March/April 2009, I would have said London.

Th thing is, you are going to apply under the new rules(38 Occupations List) which is fast enough for a lot of people and as such, you may want to calculate ca. 2 years, from the date of Application. It also depends on various other factors as well.
