Hi,,
Today my status in CIC been changed to "Application Received by VO, London" and they said in details that case Pending review. Just like to know ,, what is the next step? when they might start the inquiries? I didnt receive any email for the 2nd file number . Suggestion pls.

My consultant has received an email response from CHC London in which they accepted that the refusal letter was issued wrongly and that the file is not closed. Now lets see what they will do with my file.

Hi eemmoo I strongly recommend you to take charge of your application, ask ur consultant to forward that email to you, you must see it ur self then be more satisfied... some of the stupid consultants do play with clients to pull out more money from their pockets. so be careful alot. keep an eye on the process.. I am happy for you that u are back in the game my time lines are listed below. |
