FSW 0213

Well, at last I received a letter from London CHC after submission of Full Docs back in Mar 2009. Here is what has been requested to be submitted within 60 days.

1. Wife's Original Degree Certificates and Transcripts
2. Explanation for Daughter's Birth Certificate - not being issued from the same city/country as other kids (Must be mistaken)

I have following questions:

1. Does this mean all other submitted documents are accepted
2. How long will it take after submission of additional docs to get Medical Request
3. Is the Immigration Officer mistaken to ask about my daughter's Birth Certificate issuance from same city as other kids, since she was born in another country and town.
4. Shall I order CAIPS notes to know exactly about my status and points... Since I definetly score 65 + 8 (Adaptibility) including wife education and relative in Canada. They already called my wife's uncle to confirm whether he lives in Canada.

Please Advise ASAP...

Thanks,

I feel that there may be some doubts somewhere, but your case seems to be an easy one.
Give them what they want and you'll be fine.
Explain in a letter why your daughters city and place of birth is different  - voila, as simple as that, job done.

Thanks BobbyB,

I submitted the docs as requested alongwith explanation...

Do you think the IO will review as he receive them or he shall wait for 60 days to pass in order to review the file.

Hi mjm,
I dnt think CIC waits for the given period for reviewing the case.I think IOs review the cases in the order in which they receive info/documents abt them otherwise it would create a mess of work for them, although may be sometimes backlog could refrain them returning to the specific case but surely they would not be waiting for the deadline date .As far as ur case s concerned I think as the normal timings are already over  n most probably cIc would ve completed BG checkings also for u ,so you shd be expecting ur medicals request very soon.

All the best
