London applicants between july 2007 and feb. 2008

Hi,

Please share your application status if you applied between july 2007 and feb2008 to London office. I got application number in feb 2008. The application processing time eas 26 months then, but now it is incresed to 36 months for 50% cases. With the new regulations it should have been shortened. Has anybody got contacted by London office.
Please share your experiences.
