Hi.. my prediction.. first or to the most 2nd week of MAY..!! Cheesy

All the best..

Cheers..
In the letter of medical request and RPRF from CHC London I was advised to wait for 4 months before contacting CHC for any progress. So I think we should calculate that period as 4 months after medicals reach CHC, which in most cases of this thread comes to the second quarter of 2011.

Oh My God... it that true?.. I believe that sending a request for PCC updating literally means that background checks are over and that is the last thing they will ask before issuing the PPR. Shanks78 advised that this happened to him and he received the PPR within 15 to 20 days after sending the updated PCC. It is a bit weird.

Hi guys

From cic web site , London V.O processing time is 13 months

2 of our friends mention that they receive Visa after 13 months exactly

So, maybe they make some delay until the 13 months finish.

For me , after 7 days I will finish 12 months from 2nd AOR

Good luck  Cheesy

A friend of mine ( May 2007 applicant - Medicals on Aug 2010) got a PCC request and on that email they told him once CHC receive the PCC they will send him regarding ppr.
Good news are CHC london is alive, and maybe I will get the pcc request soon.
Did they tell you the same regarding ppr once pcc is recieved?

I was asked to submit that form during the medical when I received the medical in the first week of Oct, 2010.I submitted that.

My status is still in process. But the home address has disappeared from the e- cas. why is that? But I think your application was under background check.Isn't it? Has that check completed?

Mrpriece;
CHC London didn't mention anything about PPR. It is just requesting me to submit the updated PCC and schedule 1. I wish you get PPR shortly without being asked to submit another PCC. Let's keep our fingers crossed.
The letter that I received is below for information;

' Dear Applicant,
In order to continue processing your application, we require the additional documents listed below. Please send clear legible photocopies rather than the original documents unless otherwise specified. If the documents are not written in either English or French, please enclose a certified translation with a photocopy of the original document.
Updated forms which are available on our website:
•   New Schedule 1/Background Declaration form for yourself and your spouse
Original Police Certificates for yourself and each of your dependants that is 18 years old or more from each country that you or your dependants have lived in for 6 months or more.

If you already submitted police certificates with your application, you need to provide updated certificates for the countries that you and your dependants have lived in since the date you submitted your application.  We require the following:
•   Principal applicant: Updated UAE
•   Spouse/Common-Law Partner: Updated UAE

Please forward all requested documents together to the address below within 45 days from the date of this email. If we do not hear from you within that period, your application will be assessed on the basis of the information on file and your application may be refused. Please allow four months for us to review incoming correspondence. All documents submitted in support of your application are subject to verification with the issuing authority. Please do not contact us unless there are significant issues which need to be brought to our attention. Please quote your file number on all correspondence, including the envelope. Your file number is included in the subject field of this email.
Should your personal circumstances (address, marriage, divorce, birth, death, adoption) change between now and the time you leave for Canada you must report the changes to us. Visas issued without the correct information concerning family status are invalid and admission to Canada will be refused.
The issuance of an immigration visa does not ensure your eventual acceptance into the practice of your profession or occupation in Canada. It is your responsibility to determine whether any licensing/registration requirements apply to your occupation or profession in the province where you wish to settle. Do not leave employment, sell property or take any irrevocable step in anticipation of immigrating to Canada until you have received your visa(s).
 We look forward to hearing from you within 45 days.'
