Hi caeser,

They sent me the PPR by regular mail, and sent it to some by e-mail, so don't worry if they don't have an e-mail they will send it by regular mail, however in order to gain time if you do have an e-mail address send it to them as advsied to you by another member, sorry I don't remember who advised you that but he was right and good luck.
