Hello

I submitted my Passport on 22/09/2011 and my Address Disappeared today, so I strongly thing there is something happening at VO when Address Disappears.

I have noticed all five times when my Address Disappeared ( 1,Just After Submitting  Additional Documents as they requested  2, Before receiving MR   3, After Submitting MR / Additional Docs  4, Before receiving PPR  5, After Submitting Passports. )

So I think it will be good news for all those whose Address disappeared and waiting for MR Or PPR.

Thanks

A Patel.

My address also disappeared today. Hope to receive PPR too

Hi Rauf,
I noticed that you have been waiting 9 months for PPR. THat's a very long time.
I have waited for 5 months. I cannot understand why some people get theirs after 1 or 2 months but we have to wait soooooo long for it.
Just sharing my frustration. Hope you don't mind.

Hi Amro,
I understand it's security checks but everyone else goes through that same process as well but they get their PPR request after 1 or 2 months. But why are some people different? It is very inconsistent across the world.

Yes Androse,
Security check varies from person to person. the time taken can vary based on the factors like, country of origin, foreign travel to some particular countries, number of countries lived in the past, Family members, also the external agencies involved in the check etc etc.
So we can not quite predict the time taken for the same

Thanks Soby.
It's just so frustrating having to wait and jealousy  Smiley at the same time, seeing others get theirs much earlier than you.

any one recived same msg and after that got medical?

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your enquiry.

The documents are on file.

CIC is working closely to manage arrivals in Canada, so that we meet, but do not exceed the immigration plan set by Parliament last fall for 2011.  Since we have larger inventories of applications than limits within the immigration plan for admissions to Canada, we must process applications according to the priorities set by Parliament.  As we have a sufficient number of applications in our high priority categories, we are not in a position to process your application at this time, nor can we predict when processing on your application will resume.
