My friend drove down from Leicester to London and I am in and out about sending him down again in a week time! I am not sure if it would be stamped by then!
If status would change to Decision Made on coming Tuesday, then I would definitely let him drive down to London. Yet, couldn't see anywhere a status change that quick.

sending parcels from Yemen to U.K is blocked

so , one month ago , I sent my PPs with my brother in law to KSA , and from there he sent it to my friend in U.K through DHL , he inform them that PP in the envelop ,and it was delivered within 4 days

but that was one month ago
