At last i recieved my pp with the visa on it.


Thanks to God.
My agency called me yesterday and said the pp have come back and to come and collect it. 
I do really thank the members of this forum who has given me an insight for the issues which i have encountered.

Which Ways To Send Passport Directly To CHC   From Pakistan/India.

It is usefull thread   all of those who want to send passport to CHC LONDON for visa
don't have to... for all the applicants of Pakistan   directly applied to London (applicants from middle east and  included) , Islamabad will be stamping Passports.

PPR Step 1: will be sending , photocopy of passports and Updated (PHEP)  chart to London.
PPR Step 2: will be sendi  to Islamabad by intimation from london.

 
  because I got the similar instructions from london and I applied to london from after april 1st.

Anwar, my plan is to courier my passport (via DHL) to my friend in UK who will go to London to drop my passport at CHC and collect it two weeks later. I would ask him to courier it to Sana'a collected. I am not sure how things would be in 6 -8 weeks if courier is used, considering the turmoil in the country.

just to update you,

Since courier companies do not send docs and parcels to Europe directly from Yemen, I went with the option to send my PP to Dubai via a friend who will in turn send it to UK for a friend of mine who will eventually submit it in person at CHC London. Ever since April 30 up to today, my PP, according to DHL, is stuck at Sana'a Airport due to flight cancellations to UAE the last few days! Only Yemenia and Emriates fly to UAE, hence limited options.

Ever since April 30 up to today, my PP, according to DHL, is stuck at Sana'a Airport due to flight cancellations to UAE the last few days! Hi, it means that your security clearance is still going on by the CHC.
Nowadays, as per the new policy, there is not exact time frame for pre June 2010 applicants.

I hope you should receive it soon.

Hi Mrprice and Yeydme.....any news from CHC-London after submitting Updated Police Certificates?  
My file is currently "Awaiting immigration officer review" as per their recent response to my Case Status enquiry.
I was requested Updated PC in March and responded to their request March end (2011).
Medicals were completed September end (2010)

now all is in pause at CHC London

i too did my meds on nov 6 2010, , thn thy asked for PCC. and on April 1 i received my PPR whichwas dated on 22 march . so this is how normally chc will work out
