hi zeenat there is 3 types of applicant under FSW class 1- before 28 Feb 2008 applicant 2- post 28 Feb 2008 applicant 3- post 26 June 2010 applicant each group has it`s rules IF you applied on 26th April 2011 so you follow the 3rd group ( post 26 June 2010 applicant )in the 2nd group applicant (post 28 Feb 2008 applicant )the applicant will send only the application forms and copy of passports to (CIO) in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada, they will do primary evaluation , if every thing is O.K , then you will get the 1st AOR , and they will ask you to send FULL DOCUMENT with other copy of application with IELTS to your Visa office ( London in your case ) but this is old system in your case you will follow the new system ( post 26 June 2010 applicant )in this new system you have to send ALL APPLICATION FORMS + ALL DOCUMENTS + IELTS directly to (CIO) in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada and they will do the primary evaluation AND CHECK YOUR DOCUMENTS and then will send the AOR , then they will send ( not you ) all your file with documents to London V.O pleas download this guide EG7 from this link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/EG7.pdf and read it carefully , more than one time in the London V.O guide (E37023 ), on page 8 , show the instruction clearly so i think your file will return to you Good luck

hi 1- what exactly did you sent to London V.O ? 2- as I told you before , as new rules , you should send ALL APPLICATION FORMS + ALL DOCUMENTS mentioned in visa office specific checklist+ IELTS directly to (CIO) in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada but before sending any thing , plez plez plez read this guide carefully , it will tell you every thing you need to know http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/EG7.pdfDON'T send any thing before finishing this guide good luck

First of all, Congrats to Biju for the PPR. I hope and pray that all of SAP FSW 2007 applicants will be getting their PPR soon. However, I approach it from an angle where we should inform and share our updates on the Immigration process. I believe, it is one of the founding principles of such discussion forums. One may feel a bit frustrated at once if his/her case is taking a bit more time, however, by the same token, he is kept posted and gets a more realistic picture about the happening at CHC LONDON. I can't speak for others, however, it was the only reason that I kept and keep coming to this FORUM is to become aware of the latest trends in the fashion that CHC London and Canadian Immigration is operating as a whole. Eventually all those who did their meds in the last quarter of 2010, will Insha''allah be getting their PPR. I believe, it is still very much matching the time frame that CHC London gave to each applicant in the begging. I had a time frame of 42-48 months and things are well kept within the time frame. However, I noticed in cases where one had to go through a Medical Furtherance or PCC update, an extra month or so was added to the timeline, but then it is understandable. Just wanted to share my views. First of all hearty congrats to you bro for receiving your PPR. And hats off to your concern ,humanity and humbleness for others. We need more people like you around us.
May Allah always bless you.

Hi bro! Hope you ll be doing fine.Infact my intention was not that people should stop reporting their timeframes at the forum, especially when it is the reason for which these type of DF are formed.I got very touched by Biju's gesture of being considerate to even the slightest feelings of others so thought to share that we should have more considerate ,humanly and humble human beings like him in this world to make it a better and peaceful place.I did not mean that we want more other members at this forum who dont share our timelines.Actually my statement was in a broader prespective ,not pertaining to immigration matters. With no offences to anyone, but in case if my post has been a cause of hurting the feelings of anyone ,I am extremely sorry for that. Wish everyone all the best. Regards,

Hi khebra, Another member"Raafia" who received more or less same reply from London, asked Nectar about this issue and got the following reply.I hope this information will be of assistance for you as well: There are certain scenarios under which CHC London sends out such reply.
These scenarios are,
1- If PR application has been stored in the storage room. 2- The processing has been reached its final stage but final approval has yet to be obtained from Immigration Programme Manager. 3- The results of routine bachground checks/enquiries has been received but yet to be assessed. 4- The PR application has a BFD within 20 working days (1 month). etc.

Hi khebra As I know, some applicants have the same replay and got PPR within 10 days but recently I read about one applicant wait for about 3 months to get PPR so I think it`s different from case to case Good luck

Hi As I learned from our friend biju The files priority for processing related to the period given by visa office in your case 30 days is excellent So I think you will receive PPR soon You can take another opinion Good luck

Hi Bro, I totally second your comments about the human side of Biju's gesture and I also commend all the folks on the this DF and beyond for valuing the humble and noble trait of being considerate. I was justing implying that I got a wealth of information from this forum and this forum lived up to its utility, day in, day out and it is making a difference to the knowledge base of commoners like me who have very little or no insight into the process. I applied back in May 2007 and was ignorant to even the very existence of such a useful forum until January of this year. And If it was not for wonderful guys like you, Biju, Mr. Qorax and others, I would have never gotten the information about where the process was heading. The timelines and updates are at the heart of the DF. You did not annoy anyone, cheers. Hi bro!
Hope you ll be doing fine.Infact my intention was not that people should stop reporting their timeframes at the forum, especially when it is the reason for which these type of DF are formed.I got very touched by Biju's gesture of being considerate to even the slightest feelings of others so thought to share that we should have more considerate ,humanly and humble human beings like him in this world to make it a better and peaceful place.
I did not mean that we want more other members at this forum who dont share our timelines.Actually my statement was in a broader prespective ,not pertaining to immigration matters.
