Hey every one.
i received a reply on 16th april (had sent an enquiry about when will i get PPR, meds done in nov 2010) that my file was waiting for a review and all background checks have completed.
today i got another reply, it is:
Dear Sir,
In response to your email, please note that your file has now been reviewed by an officer who has determined that this file needs to undergo further background checks. Whilst we appreciate that your medical examination results are due to expire in 27-11-2011, we are currently unable to advise when the checks will be completed.
Please note that no further action is required from you at this stage. We will contact you as soon as the results of the background checks have been received.
does any one have any idea what this means?
has any one received a similar response before?
should i be worried ?
please help.

i think you just have to wait.. nothing wrong but just additional background checks... good thing for you they replied... I emailed them 2x already and did not received any response... Hey every one.

Hi brother, Never heard of this type of incident exactly but you ll be surprised to know that SATDXB had to undergo some additional B/G checks even after submitting Passports so for London office you can expect everything  In my view your B/ G checks will be finished before your medicals expiry. Would you like to disclose in how many countries( and which) you have lived after the age of 18, as it sometimes delays the process. Moreover are you in a govt job? Regards |

I know similar cases. they may need to do some additional B/C that won't inshalla take much time. i guess you will get a response from them within 2 months. i can understand how excited you are , but little more patience and you will hear good news. No worries BRo wht we can do buddy...... now CHc is doing vv strict security check as per nationality. if u see there site u can see a poll (survey) was going there. asking "do u think we do proper security chek during immigration" select YEs or No. this all shows there concern anyways this are all not in our hands . if the guys who apply are all bad guys we dont wait like years to move  . we make alllllll false and move immdtly . DHL HEad off Dubai is not accepting passports which are send to personal names in UK or anywhere. U can ONLY send passport to Govn offices or Embassy
