Could any1 will suggest me how long it will take more to get me ppr, as when i asked chc london back on 22 feb 11 regarding my case they told me currently they r waiting for my b/g result, again i asked them on 22 mar 11 they ask for fresh pcc and b/g dec form 1, which hav submitted to chc london on 5th of apr now how will it take to finalize my case?  ?? plz advice from seniors................... |

I sent medical on 11 Jan 2011 London VO. Received forms-application form, dependent forms, PCC and Right of landing fee on 11/2/11 and sent back forms on 12/3/11.
On my case enquiry on 3/4/11 got reply "File awaiting officer Review. You will be informed if more information is required."
Could you please comment what this means in light of when they may issue PPR. What is the stage of the application? Ecas shows "in process" since July 2009.
"File awaiting Review". Does this mean B/G checks are complete? Medicals are received? No furtherance of medicals. Next step after REvIEW?

now as my issue is getting bad and almost there is no time to hope that i might get the visa , i thought about something but i dont know if it is possible or not and i need your assistance if possible i was thinking of applying for a visit visa to canada and go and stay till my application get completed , what do you think ? is this allowed but what i need to know would they issue a visit visa while having my case pocessed for immigration ?? the other thing if i get the visa how long i am eligible to saty in canada with this visit visa ? the other thing if iam in canada and i received the approval from canadaian high commission on my case for immigration and they requested my passports for visa stamping can i send it from canada ? and what should i do then should i leave canada and re enter with the new visa or what ?? what if my medical expired cani redo it again in canada ? i dont know can you assist me in clarifying these thoughts |

BijuThanks bijupv007 for your concern, well on 23mar'11, on reply to my query which i send them on 20mar'11, they replied asked the above mentioned pcc from pak and uk and also b/g dec form and given me 60days time, but on 29mar'11 again i got reply on my old query i send them couple of weeks back asking me again for fresh pcc from both country only and given me 30days time, but luckily i got them sorted in 10days and now my pcc's and form are with chc london, i'm currently in pak (already informed chc) while was in london when applied for fsw longago. please also note that when i request chc for ppr in chc islamabad they replied me on 29th March. Dear Sir, We are aware of your situation. We will take necessary action when the file is finalise. We require the following documents to process it further. * Updated Police certificate from United Kingdom. Visit www.acpo.police.uk* Updated Police certificate from Pakistan. hi buddy the expiry of visa depends on 3 things 1- before one year of meds done - ur case Dec 1 2011 2- if the expiry of principle applicant's passport is b4 Dec 1 2011, thn visa wil expire on tht date 3- if any of your family member's passport expires b4 Dec 1 2011 then everybody's visa expiry date wil be equal to tht date Hope its clear Biju Can anybody tell me after getting visa stamp how much time we have for reporting.Is before medical expiry we have to report.

thank`s Mohan I sent PCC through DHL 73 days ago the shipment was delivered and signed by ALFANSO so I sent e-mail now to London V.O and I give them this information with the tracking number thank you |
