oh its same in our case her girls cry hard if she ever try to come Pakistan before they hide her passport, and once before they cancel her tickets , as we let them know last minute but they threat her if you go they will go away, because they really love her and not want to loose her, our youngest girl cry hard and she could be effected psychologically when she come to know by other kids mom will never come back ... we wait finally until she go on trip for one week then my wife visited me these were the circumstances when we meet.. imagine how hard we come through i hope they review their decision i would love to have my wife if Pakistan had peace... our country is recovering this is good thing but it will take some more time for full recovery i pray inshallah ul aziz sooner peace will come in our country then we can live in Pakistan too.

did you read my wife got IAD letter these are 7 pages and one of them is filling form , i didn't read anything about ADR , or full hearing or date of hearing.. how long can we expect the date of hearing and what it will be ADR or full hearing? can anybody tell me?

what does the filing form say?  i remember getting the letter saying we got your application but then you will have to wait up to 120 for them to send you the copy of your file back...after we got a letter saying we had an ADR scheduled for march 19

no we didn't receive any file.. it means we have to wait 120 days ... oh no that will be hard to wait that long without my wife

the average time line from the date to the ADR hearing is 10 months

if you are approved then you have 4-6 months to wait for the visa

everything takes soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo long

i seriously want to volunteer  and help get things done faster

like for example won yesterday, chances are that my file wont leave toronto until between 1 to 2 months that is because the file will go by "diplomatic courier"  now i ask you in this day and age why can't they just fax the decision to the issuing visa office?  or send it by regular courier or registered mail...its crazy that it will just sit there for nooooooooooooo reason

this is secure and privite papers, it shud be sent ONLY by diplomatic courier,they are not searched,scaned or opend,but iam surprised it takes up to 2 months with canada,other embassies send the courier whenever they need they dont wait

yes but with all the thousands of applications why not courier every week, or every two weeks, to have them sit up to 2 months is frustrating when loved ones are waiting and waiting...and lets not forget have already waited and waited

OH wow if it takes that much longer i can finish my Masters Study....as my wish was to study in Canada because their education could help me learn more about Canada and good for my wife and my future... but anyways its good to complete study than waiting long... i will get myself busy to take admission.
